I've designed my offerings to help meet the needs of the community so that we can all experience a well rounded movement journey. Whether that’s practicing with me regularly in-person popping onto an online class or using the on-demand streaming service.

Choose to practice between 1 & 4 times a week to help you reach your movement, emotional & mental goals. Register for a session or drop-in at your convenience.

Mobility - Wednesdays 10:00-11:00am

I'm Victoria Sharp
As a master yoga instructor and mobility specialist, I use my understanding of the human mind and body to encourage my clients to get rid of pain and start living life to the fullest.
My classes and programs will help you make the mind, body, soul connection you're needing to uncover the strongest, most authentic version of yourself.
